Maximum Regrets is an entertainment project. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it minimal on purpose.

What we collect

Your email, only if you sign up for spin reminders.
Tip details, only if you choose to tip. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. If you choose, the name and amount you pick can appear on the donor wall.
Standard server data. Like any website, our host processes basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site.

How we use it

To send you reminders and updates about Maximum Regrets.
To show supporter names on the donor wall, only if you opt in.
That is the whole list. Nothing else.

Who helps us run it

We use a few trusted services to operate the site. They only handle your data to provide their service to us:

Resend delivers our emails and stores the reminder list.
Stripe securely processes tips.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site.

Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email we send.
Email us to ask what we hold or to be removed completely.

About tips

Tips are not investments. They fund the channel only and are non-refundable, with no return, profit share, or ownership of anything. Donors are co-conspirators, not investors.
